”The room was not new but it was nice. The TV and the hair dryer weren't working at first. They fixed the TV there was more of learning how to use it. And the hair dryer you needed to pull the trigger like a gun, but it worked fine after that. The beach was fantastic the pool and drinks were very good, the food was acceptable. The Japanese and Mexican restaurants were the best. We came for the golf and we enjoyed the golf thoroughly. Thank you too Jose Bautista who helped us out. ”

”We are speechless. Everything was incredible from the moment we arrived. The customer service team, entertainers, restaurant staff, pool service, cleaning staff, and everyone at the resort in general were excellent.

”When we arrived at Paradisus Punta Cana we were greeted by 4 pink flamingos in hotel lobby (small pond inside the lobby).That was great. Reception staff were selling us a Royal Service upgeade.First the price was over $800/ 9 nights extra, but in the end we got a discounted rate $600/ 9 nights/ 2 people. We bought it.Reception staff told us that with Royal Service upgrade we would get for example access to the adults only pool and bar,Royal Service lounge,Lapalapa restaurant and private beach...

”The welcoming and service throughout our stay was superb. Juan Bautista, our welcome supervisor did an excellent job making sure that our stay was a pleasant one and exceeding our expectations. Food and restaurants were also far better than we expected. The art crafting activities were also great tokens and relaxing experience which turned into great souvenirs to keep from out unforgettable weekend. The private beach club is also very nice and appetizers are outstanding. Highly recommnded...
