”The ladies at the front desk were friendly. Especially Melissa, who was so kind to help me carry my luggage downstairs at 6 AM. She did it with a big smile and waited with me until the taxi came. Much appreciated!
I would like to have known that the hotel occupies the 3rd and 4th floor of a building with no elevator, so it's not for people who have trouble walking.
The hotel is on a pedestrian street so your taxi can't stop in front of the door, but the closest corner is only a few meters...

”We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!”
