”Room and beds were spacious and comfortable. Restaurant choices were plentiful and food was very good. However, 2 of the restaurants required men to wear long pants and closed shoes which is off putting for a tropical resort. Service all over the resort was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely return.”

”Stayed at the majestic colonial for 6 days. It was an amazing time. Stayed at the colonial club adults only part of the hotel which includes a butler which never seen him after we checked in. Besides that everything was amazing. Staff is very friendly and entertainment crew was amazing.”

”We came here 4 years ago and it used to be such a great resort that we decided to return. However, it Was such a big disappointment. The staff were rude and not friendly. You couldnt even get someone to serve you in the evening at the bar (even though we were tipping a lot each time). The food was so horrible and got food poisoning on 3rd day, food was stale with very limited options. One of the worse vacations thus far despite the large price tag of the trip. Do not recommend at all! ”

”Todo estuvo bastante bien en overall, pero hubo varios detalle. La cama un poco incomoda, a comparacion de otros sus complejos, como por ejemplo ambar y turquesa. El baño estaba tapado, pero resolvieron bastante rápido. Nunca nos dejaton jabón para bañarse. La comida para ser luxury, el buffet no estaba muy variado. El ambiente del lobby muy bueno pero no se podía estar mucho tiempo por gente que estaba fumando y estoy en total desacuerdo cuando es un ambiente donde hay muchos niños (familar)....

”Its a little older resort. I didnt care for the butler they provided and I tricked to listening to a time share pitch. Staff was great. Food was okay. I couldnt book the spa even though I asked the butler. I enjoyed myself. Activities were fun”

”Beautiful resort. Invested to the view. Food is average in all restaurants except French , Hoya 19 and on adult side one; better bar lounges on palace side. Bad organized all restaurants . Missing a lot of information for stay . Not so nice beach and missing umbrellas from the beach . Bars far alway from the beach . Flamingo on golf side ! Unfortunately the Premium level in accordance higher price do not get so much as could be. No alcohol to the rooms , no feeling any special:(”

”When we arrived at Paradisus Punta Cana we were greeted by 4 pink flamingos in hotel lobby (small pond inside the lobby).That was great. Reception staff were selling us a Royal Service upgeade.First the price was over $800/ 9 nights extra, but in the end we got a discounted rate $600/ 9 nights/ 2 people. We bought it.Reception staff told us that with Royal Service upgrade we would get for example access to the adults only pool and bar,Royal Service lounge,Lapalapa restaurant and private beach...

”Absolutely loved this resort. It was my first time at an all inclusive. The service was perfect, food was good, beach is beautiful, and pools were fun. Did not care for the Legendary club sales people, especially the “manager” you sit with. Way too aggressive for a relaxing vacation experience. Will tell you anything to guilt you into buying a package. Avoid it all together unless it’s something you’re interested in. ”
