”I stayed at this hotel twice and never paid a deposit fee. I then reserve a room again, and I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said that I had to pay a 250$ deposit on top of my room. He was being very rude and nasty. It wasn’t about the money at all but why was I not charged before. On top of it why are they charging so much for a hotel that has nothing special about it, and only being a 3star hotel. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels at EASTON that don’t charge no where near...

”Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Found some items from previous travelers so it made me second guess the cleanliness of the room. I have stayed there before and this wasn’t an issue prior, I will add. ”

”Between the host telling me that I could stay the night before my booking and the place looked like a frat party went on to the trash that was outside the back door and then the dead mice in the garage and then not having a can opener to be open a can of food to cook for dinner not a very good experience at all”

”This hotel could use a renovation and a deep cleaning. Staff was awesome, very helpful. The carpet was very stained and the furniture smelled bad. I would not recommend this hotel. ”

”We booked a suite at TownePlace, but they had issues with the room. They transferred us to their sister hotel next door and booked us in 2 rooms to try to accommodate, but they were not adjoining rooms and we did not want to put our small children in a separate room. Ultimately we did not get the type of room that we paid for.”
