”Brett and Karla were great hosts! They were friendly, welcoming, and considerate. I stayed with my son and his young family while we visited other family in the area. We didn't spend much time at the casita during the day, but it was a nice spot for three adults and three small children to sleep.”

There is a code for the door that wasn’t provided until after I inquired while I was at the property. The room had not been cleaned and another was offered but someone else was already staying there. The shower in the room looks nice in pictures but when you turn the water on it pours outside the shower stall on to the floor of the room. The bed was...

”DO NOT RENT FROM THIS SLUMLORD! Completely disgusting upon arrival. Hair and dirt on the floor. Stains on anythng made of cloth (sheets, couch, etc). The owner does not care to help or acknowlege any of this. His "cleaning team" did not care to clean before a rental (something you pay 100 for in the first place). Expect the worst if you must rent this place.”

”The furniture in the house is small, making the spaces look bigger than in the photos. The house and rooms are very small. The house is on a shared property with another house. That was never communicated in the listing or with check in instructions from the host. It made the check in process very confusing. There is an infestation of ants. We noticed them in the kitchen cupboards and then the bathrooms. Later we saw a huge line traveling from outside and entering through cracks in the stucco....
