”Lovely few days on the North East coast. Breakfast was just what you need with both cooked options and fruit/pastry. The staff were lovely in all areas of the hotel including the gym&pool. You can't go far wrong. Our room was comfy, clean and perfect for a short stay. ”

”It’s a lovely place with nice comfortable rooms, good service and excellent food. Also next to a field of curious cows… very sweet! A great stop over on the way north.”

”It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish. I’m being picky hoping I’m being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. ”

”On entering the property we was greeted by the reception staff they were very friendly and helpful, they made our short stay feel at ease, had everything we needed and the owner was so polite even carried my bag upstairs and said anything we need just ask. Really can’t fault our room was lovely felt homely & cosy, the area was nice & quiet. Highly recommend this place. We had the family room as it was the last one left for us to book & was a great size room. 10/10 ”

”Not great for EV drivers as when you take the car to charge, you cannot return to the hotel to park. And the cleanliness in the bathroom prevented me from bathing my 3 year old.”

”I attended a wedding not to far from the hotel, so when I came to check in, front of desk was warm and welcoming,friendly atmosphere, house keeping staff very friendly, room was over the riverside, beautiful views, room was clean, and fresh, beds were very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and spacious.Temperature controlled room, which made it amazing when it was rather warm when we had come back later on. Definately recommend! ❤️ ”
