Cooten Bayn rannalla sijaitsevalla koskemattomalla Koillisrannikolla Tämä yhden makuuhuoneen talo tarjoaa upean panoraamanäkymän saarille ja rannoille tällä, edelleen Tortolan puolella, edelleen suuresti kehittymättömällä puolella. Cooten Housen tyyli on moderni Karibia, tyylikkäällä kokoelmalla tavallisista huonekaluista ja art-deco-esineistä, jotka antavat hiukan retro-tunnelman tähän rauhalliseen ja kauniiseen sijaintiin.

Korkealaatuisella Bose-äänijärjestelmällä ja suurella kaapeliin ja muihin AV-laitteisiin kiinnitetyllä LCD-TV: llä talo on suunniteltu huolellisesti ja varusteltu rentouttavaksi, mukavaksi kodiksi.

Makuuhuoneessa on mittatilaustyönä tehty kuningatar-koko, ja kylpyhuoneessa on ihana vanha marmorinen pesuallas Turkista. Ulkopuolella on iso katettu parveke, pergola ja uppoutunut aurinkoterassi, jossa on 156-suihkuinen poreallas, jossa on vesiputouksia ja LED-valaistus. Talo istuu yksityinen puoli hehtaarin paljon.

Cooten-talosta on näköala Cootens Baylle, joka on kuuluisa surffaustapaus talvikuukausina. Lähellä on kaksi kaunista syrjäistä kultaista hiekkarantaa, Rogues Bay ja Trunk Bay.

The accommodation is lovely. Great welcome from House Manager and felt totally at home and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Gorgeous view from the wrap around balcony and hot tub. Furniture/fittings are quirky, but it totally works in this home and location.You do need to hire a car to explore the island.We really felt very special and privileged to have stayed in this home.Already planning to return next year

Such a hidden gem! We stayed a week at Jeremy's Cooten House and had a lovely time. With a rental 4wd, we were able to easily explore the beaches of west end by day and escape to this secluded haven for evening relaxation. We cooked almost 100% of our meals thanks to the well stocked kitchen and grill. The elevation not only provides pristine views, but excellent ventilation which cools the home and keeps mosquitoes etc minimal. I highly recommend this rental for an adventurous couple who appreciates natural beauty and staying far from the madding crowd.We also recommend looking into nearby Goodmoon Farm for fresh fish and fruit/ veg and herbs before spending money at the big shops. We had a box ready for us after discussing by email.

What stood out to us most was the initial impression, mood and vibe set by Samuel, the house manager, in addition to the breathtaking views from the home! We were so appreciative of Jeremy's communication and checking in on us to make sure everything was going well. We were thankful to have a car, a definite necessity on the island in order to explore all there was to offer. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I stayed at the Cooten House for 9 nights. We were met by Sam after we landed and he had us follow him to the house to make sure we were settled in. Jeremy followed up with texts to make sure we were comfortable. This certainly made us feel welcome and was a great start to an absolutely wonderful stay at this property.We loved the privacy, the quirky decor, and the view. If you are looking for a unique place in Tortola then this is the place.

My husband and I spent 4 nights at Cooten House for our 10yr anniversary, and it was our favorite trip we have had together. The house has stunning views, especially for sunrise and moonrise! We were lucky to catch an almost full moon! The hot tub was relaxing after a long day adventuring! Jeremy was so friendly and attentive! He gave us amazing recommendations too. The house has many fun details and had everything we needed. The mosquitos were a nuisance while we were on the Island, and the house even had bug spray for our use! AC in the bedroom was refreshing and the view from bed makes it almost hard to get moving. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property with us!

The house and views were absolutely incredible. On top of that Jeremy was an excellent host and was always available to answer any questions we had as it was our first time on the island. We were very glad the AC worked so well in the bedroom as we traveled in August so it was very hot out!

If I could bottle that breeze!

Amazing view and amazing breeze! And oh by the way, down the hill from the property is the best beach of all time! Sand on that beach is like walking on a cloud. Shared the beach with one other couple only half of the time we were on it. Clear water, decent size waves (end of May) vs other beaches with zero waves. But we ate dinner on the deck every night thanks to that breeze and view. Other parts of the island have stagnant air resulting in too much eat and mosquito problems. Not Cooten House!

We loved staying here. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean and so nicely decorated and landscaped. Such a great breeze on the deck and the view is spectacular. Jeremy was very helpful with recommendations of places to see. We would love to stay here again.

10 year anniversary

The view was amazing, the hot tub was a nice feature, but overall the house could use some major updating. The couch was very old and gross looking, there was a chair in the living room that was falling apart and the outdoor daybed and couch cushions were moldy and gross. Pretty sure there were lizards living in the house behind the pictures, as there was poop on the walls, and we killed several bugs as well. I get the whole open air feel, but when there are birds flying into the house eating our avocados and a lizard running across the counter, it’s a little too much.

Amazing view and privacy

We loved staying at the Cooten House! The views are incredible and we appreciated the privacy. The Bluetooth stereo is great. Hot tub is wonderful. Comfortable bed. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler and snorkel gear provided. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Comfortable couch in the living room. A/C in the bedroom worked great and I loved the cross winds with the windows open in the living room. It’s in a remote location, so it’s a 15 minute drive to restaurants and the ferry terminal at Road Town and 20 minutes to Cane Garden Bay beach. One morning there were cows standing by our rental car greeting us! :) If you want to have an incredible view to yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing views, lovely home

The views just can't be beat! We followed our rental car representative to the property on arrival. There's a somewhat steep path and stairs to get down to the house, but they're sturdy and well lit at night. The home's amenities provided for all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable with interesting vintage decor. The host was responsive and easy to work with. Driving on the island can be a little dicey. Some roads were closed due to flooding and the roads are steep with sharp turns, plus GPS isn't accurate. We had a lovely stay!

Fantastic in every way!!

Everything about our stay at the Cooten Bay House was spectacular! The house was clean and well stocked with everything you might need from a vacation rental. Jeromy was incredibly kind and considerate throughout the entire process, responding quickly to our inquiries and occasionally checking in to make sure that we had everything that we needed. The house is entirely secluded but just a short trip into town for restaurants and other necessities. The open-air layout was amazing and the views were absolutely spectacular (pictures really don’t do it justice)!! The house also had a really nice energy to it, and we instantly felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Tortola!
