”Place was great for our long weekend stay in New Haven. Apartments four bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything to meet our needs. Two bathrooms a blessing for our group of five. Convenient to get around town and surrounding area. Owner responded quickly to any questions. Street noise was a little loud at times, but would stay there again.”

We left behind an electronic device and Jamie (our host) contacted me right away so we could make arrangements to get it back. Would highly recommend.”

”Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!”

”The place is marginal at best! Old bread in cabinets, neighbors light goes on all night like a police car, smelly, small bathroom. Feels like a college dorm room . Left after one night and stayed at a friends house. And no online reviews? Makes me think they are being deleted somehow.”

”Cute, clean property good for a visit to New Haven for a single or couple. The area is a little noisy, but that's the price you pay for being in close walking distance to everything you'd want to be in close walking distance to! Would definitely stay again. ”
