”Wonderful service and hospitality!
Delicious breakfast, and very kind service.
It was lovely to be there. Our son even got a Happy birthday postcard and chocolates from the bed and breakfast owners while celebrating his birthday during the breakfast.

”Check in very slow and after travelling 3 hours with elderly disabled parents, our room was not ready, which is understandable. But the only offer to get changed for a wedding was in the changing rooms a flight of stairs down or the toilets! The girl on reception was adamant there wasn’t any other option available and was very unconcerned of the needs for my disabled mother. ”Thank you to Sabrina the duty manager for responding to the issues we experienced positively and for taking ownership of them. She was a credit to the hotel, worked hard and clearly cared about the guest experience. Sabrina was also thoughtful as she knows the other issues we experienced (nothing to do with the hotel) following a recent visit to Mexico.

”Would have been nice to have our room cleaned , but maybe they do not work Sundays ?
