”This motel doesn't have a pool rooms are clean”

”Our room had a sticky film over the entire floor. Tile, carpet, it all felt sticky. The room also had a pine-sol masking wet dog smell that was hard to get used to. It was strong. The lights outside all around the property were so bright it felt like it was daylight at 10pm. I'm sure it's for security purposes but man, it was blindingly bright. Felt like overkill. ”The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.”

”First thing I noticed when checking in was that the place smelled clean, and the receptionist was extremely nice and accommodating. ”We were supposed to be given a room with two queen size beds. The two beds were double beds not queen so they were small. We only had one chair in our room. My daughter had two. The towel hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing. My daughter said her sheets had stains on them. We both had a towel with a hole in it. We brought swimsuits so the kids could go swimming. The pool was closed! They were sad.”
