”Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. I was forced into a hotel with no fridge instead so on top...

”Great place even better host with great communication. Accidentally left my phone in the room, and forgot the password to the door….. no problem, host was able to remotely unlock the door while talking to them.”

”Rooms were clean, but furniture was very cheap & not very nice . Also, outside of the room/apt, in the lobby area, it smelled of mold/old building , not very nice. ”
