”The closest was broke I found a towel with blood stains in it there was no broom or dustpan to clean the bottom of the couch was ripped up the shower only half the way works I went to take a shower and it was half shower water and half bath water ”

”The room was decently clean. The “so-called” breakfast was basically not even a snack. We had to walk next door to the Marriott to eat. I should have just stayed there. No amenities to speak of. The a place to sleep.”

”12:30am the smoke alarm starts going off. Everyone on our floor starts to come out of their rooms, a few people ran to the front desk to ask what was going on. The man working the desk was less than helpful. Not walking down the hall to tell everyone it’s ok that it was just someone smoking in their room. After 30 minutes of the alarm blasting everyone’s eardrums the fire department shows up. Instead of the employee explaining what happened he proceeds to ignore the FD, and guests that are also...

”Limited parking, room clean, lumpy bed, and mildew in the bathroom. Day 1: limited hot water for shower, Day 2: cold water, then no water for nearly 2 hours, Day 3: luke warm water for 5 minutes, then cold. I had to ask for additional towels and was clothes at day 4 (was only given 2 cloths and 2 towels to start with). I was charged 3 times for my stay here and got the run around when I complained.”

”Overall we had a great experience at this place. The theater room qas a big hit with the kids. Plenty of space for us and the oeedect amiunt of rooms. Bathrooms were nice. The drain in the master bath needs to be worked on. It backed up pretty bad. The hot tub had apparently been blown open by the wind the night before we arrived. It was half full and had leaves and debris scattered in it. We arrived on a Monday and after a couple days of communication with the property manager it was ready by...
