”Clean, perfect location & aspen tower has frig & microwave.”

I;m sure this is to discourage guests from eating in their rooms and to force them to use the on-property restaurants. ”I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the check-in process was quick and easy. ”I stayed here for 3 days checked in on a Friday and checked out on Monday morning. I received NO CLEAN towels. Even after going to the front desk to ask for towels. I was told the housekeeper would bring me towels and they never came at all for 3 days. I was forced to use the same towels for 3 days. That is a big problem for me.”

”Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer”
