”I upgraded to a "mountain view" room and was glad I did as the view was spectacular! The room was spacious and clean with thoughtful attention to details including two comfortable chairs and a phone charger.”

”It’s pretty much certified as a drug den, people everywhere on something. Upon checking in, the two ladies were so rude to me. The second I turned around to leave there were 5 cop cars in the parking lot trying to deal with some addicts freaking out. I got in my car immediately. I slept in my car because that was just way too much OH AND THIS WAS IN A SPAN OF 15 MINUTES”

”The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay.”

”There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!”

”We had arrived around 8:30pm. When we give them our name for my reservations, we we're told that we were upgraded to the O residential suite. I was shocked and amazed. They had overflow of guess that needed rooms that didn't have reservations so they bumped us up. Needless to say we were super pleased. And we were treated like we were meant to be in the presidential suite. Thank you Sierra.”
