”If it wasn’t for the sense of uncleanliness and finding hair everywhere. One pillow had a blood stain. It was beyond gross. The robe didn’t look clean… It was the downstairs cafe and bar that made the stay worthy.”

”There was a fight in the hallway, just outside our door involving several people that lasted for 30-minutes. Most of the escalators didn’t work and no refrigerator or microwave in the room. Shower head was bad and wallpaper was peeling. ”
