”Returning guest and the experience was as delightful as the first time. Highly recommended- safe, clean, lovely complimentary breakfast full of choice and quality, polite friendly and helpful staff, room was full of character and charm, spacious, comfortable, clean and can’t wait for our next visit. Cute and comfortable 4 poster bed. A real gem! The local pub Tollymache Arms was a real treat for dinner. Looking forward to visiting again soon! ”

”The receptionist lady was very help and very friendly the whole reception, halls and rooms where very clean and spacious I think we stayed in 114 and I’ve already booked a 2 night stay 18-20 march although I only stayed last week I’m back in Leicster next week so I’m booked and staying here again ”

”The whole unit was exactly as described and expected. Self contained with kettle, fridge and microwave(bonus!). Lovely quiet village area. Very comfortable bed and great ensuite bathroom with excellent and powerful shower cubicle. An optional help yourself breakfast facility is a new concept which we didnt use this time, but thought a great idea. We would definitely stay again as the price is very competitive. One small suggestion would be for a choice of some deeper pillows maybe?”

”Couldn't fault this hotel at all. From the beautiful grounds, the grandeur of the building, the impeccable customer service, the delicious food, the spacious, elegant room, the clean, luxurious spa. The drinks were a tad on the pricey side, but the mid week room price including spa access was excellent value for money. Would come here again in heartbeat. ”

”Lovely hotel, attentive and friendly staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. We had the family suite which was amazing. Lacked coathangers but other than that it was fantastic. Breakfast was gorgeous and we ate in the restaurant both nights and the food was excellent. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others.”

”Basic hotel but absolutely fine. Good value for money and great location. Be aware the Room 1 is over the kitchen and their air conditioner produces loud buzzing noise in the room until late. Staff sympathetic but unable to help. ”

”Lovely cosy hotel,room was clean and staff very helpful. I stayed for 7 nights and enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is situated in the center of town but not noisy,i had a room overlooking the back. I would stay there again when visiting Rugby ”

”I had an outstanding stay. The bed & breakfast is beautifully maintained, spotless throughout, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and great quality ingredients. Service was efficient and genuinely warm, which made the experience even better.”

”1) the mattress will seem comfortable. 2) for breakfast I ordered pastries for my room.. I also reminded them again before the bar closed. They said that they would be deliver this to my room. This never happened.”

”Spa access not clearly disclosed and disappointing stay We chose Barton Hall Hotel & Spa largely because of its high Expedia rating and the expectation of enjoying the spa during our stay. However, on arrival we were told that spa access for hotel guests is not guaranteed, as day spa and twilight bookings can take priority. This came as a surprise because the spa is presented as a complimentary amenity at the time of booking on the Expedia listing, with no indication that access may depend on...

”Nice breakfast, parking is a tight for the number of rooms but ok if you arrive for a early check in.Speaking of the check in it states a time 12 noon but this is not correct,we arrived at 1pm only to be told that is to early but our room was ready so no problem for us and able to park ok.”

”Very basic and tired but nice country location and cheap. Breakfast is definitely not continental more 1960s Russia”
