”Too much activity at night ”

”Scheduled a 4-day stay, had a family emergency the first night and they wouldn't refund me for 3 nights! Not even one refund. Terrible customer service. Couldn't get the manager on the phone for 3 days. Showers are terrible. ”

”I want to start this off by saying the hotel was very nice, breakfast was great and the staff were very kind. We picked this hotel because it looked to be in a nice area with a lot of things to do and it looked safe. Our vehicle and multiple others were broken into while staying and the hotel does not have surveillance cameras on the parking lot. What happened to our car was not the hotel’s fault and they were very helpful, but the lack of security was concerning. ”

”Lots of boxes and stacked furniture due to renovations but place definitely needs to be updated. Furniture is old carpets old ”

”pool wasnt very warm, hotel smelled of smoke and perfume to cover it up, room was not clean when checked in. pull out couch mattress was flat as a pancake.”

”Very nice new hotel near highway and many services. Extra points for walking routes in neighbourhood.”

”There were dark hairs in the shower and on the bed spread- which was gross. The 3rd floor stunk like BO. We’ve stayed there before. Seems they need to do a hair check on bedding and showers. ”

”The people at the front desk were EXCEPTIONAL! She was also the laundry management so please know she was amazing and made our trip so much easier!”

”This property is not maintained very well. The elevator seems very old, makes strange noises and has an electric or oil type of smell on the third floor. The first room we were given had a dirty bathroom and the lights didn’t work. Most of the complimentary breakfast was gone when we got there (an hour before it ended).”

”Staff was very friendly, there was a mix up with our room booking and they were quick to correct it. Lobby was very nice and clean. Rooms were clean, no weird odors or stains etc. Definitely recommend this location!”
