”Lovely staff, very friendly. The guesthouse is located a bit away from the town centre, but for me that was fine. It was anyway in a walking distance from bus station (that I needed). My room was nice with a fridge, television and a possibility to make tea. Also wi-fi. All the facilities (toilet and shower) were in a corridor, but they were nice and clean and as there were only a couple of rooms, I never had to wait for my turn.”

”Really great pub in fantastic location. Had a wonderful 2 night stay with my partner and dog. The room was big and had everything we needed. The only negative was the tv was a bit on the small side. They don’t do breakfast but there are plenty of options in the village or use their sister pub in Hope and get discount. (Best breakfast we had) We also ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food was delicious. 100% recommend staying here. ”

”The staff and owners of the pub were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make our stay good. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pub is situated in a small village and there is road noise but it’s quiet at night. It’s an incredibly old building so obviously not going to be modern and sparkling new. A nice stay ”
