”Booked through Expedia, easy booking, good communication. Nice little end terraced property suited us for the night. We was visiting family so only slept in property. Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. ”

”Located 15mins from Matlock, this property is in an excellent quiet location. Beds comfortable, Hot Tub which was clean and perfect temperature the moment we arrived. Odd bit of maintenance Ive informed the owner about but did not affect our stay. Communication was constant throughout the stay answering questions we had almost instantly. Really nice touches like washing up liquid, condiments and small things you would not expect from a vrbo property. The games room which was a hit with my kids....

”It was comfortable. Clean. Unfortunately the the guest prior to us smoked marijuana in the main room. I’m sure there was very little for the host to address this before we checked in. Otherwise great, courteous. ”
