”My family and I had a great time there. It is clean, the kitchen had more than enough cooking utensils, the appliances were in good working order, and it was incredibly cozy. We had three adults, two teenagers, and a dog, and yet it felt incredibly spacious. We left an hour before it started snowing, so we’re hoping to redo this trip next winter. At least we know where we’ll be staying. :)”

”Breakfast and staff were great, however, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and hard and would make noises anytime you would move around on the bed, to the point where it felt like the bed was going to break at any given moment. The structure of the bed felt unsafe.”

”The rooms were clean and so quaint, very roomy, nice hot showers, and the fireplace/heater worked great! The staff were each do delightful & friendly. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious!! Definitely worth the stay. Thank you for the complimentary popcorn/drinks/tea. We had an amazing stay ”

”No informayion about the property, amenities or how the heater/ac worked was provided. The hotel looked old and unmaintenance by a professional. It looked like an untrained contrator did repairs yo the room. Never staying there again.”

”Old motel. Dated but I knew that when I made reservations. Needed help to get the heater and the TV going but they sent someone right away and then no further issues with them after that. Nice location. Good for a one night stay. Pool was heated which was a nice surprise for this early in the season.”

”Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous. A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat. These appear to be all fixable...

”Everything was wonderful except for the beds. Every bed was so soft it was hard to sleep in any bed. It was clean and quiet. Cool Cabins took really good care of us. Anything we needed or asked for they were on it. Loved that! The carpet needed a good cleaning also there were spots everywhere.”

”We enjoyed using the hot tub and the location was very convenient. The house could use a deep clean though. The house felt very musty. The bed in the master is actually two twins bed which was an annoyance and there were very limited towels provided for showering/hot tub. ”
