”We had a peaceful, wonderful stay at the Estate House at Knickerbocker Mansion. The property was beautiful and well maintained, and Patrick was responsive, friendly and helpful, especially when we had trouble connecting the TV and needed help with luggage. ”Such a fabulous stay. Everyone was friendly and acted like they truly wanted to be there, which is hard to find in the service industry these days. Maybe it's the magic of the place floating around, because it truly was a magical place to stay. Clean, fresh, relaxing and a close walk to the village. 11/10 stars and I will definitely be back.”

”They upgraded us to one of the nicer sweets that had a full kitchen, a living room, a dining room, and a bed with a separate bathroom, all for well under $200 a night. You can use the amenities at both of their properties, they have a heated pool at one of them. Rooms were great, the only thing I would ask for would be a king size bed, because the biggest beds that were available were Queens. ”The place is older so don’t expect everything to be brand new but, it’s clean and cozy. Lots of heaters, fireplace, hot tub in room and in the middle for pricing. Staff is very helpful and was available to help us with the tv and fireplace. Definitely recommend but don’t hit for persons with super high expectations. We had a great time and will be back in the future.”

”My room door could be opened easily with a credit card or butter knife . I asked the front desk for another room they said there were no more available until I showed him video proof. Then in the middle of the night they tried to take 1,000$ out of my account. My bank stopped the transaction and shut my debit card off . I had to use my credit card for the remainder of my stay.
