"Sijainti on todella hyvä. Rautatieasemalta pääsee suoraan tunnelia pitkin hotellin viereen. Bussit lentokentälle lähtevät muutaman sadan metrin päästä. Pääsimme ostoksille ja museoihin kävellen."

"We enjoyed our stay here very much. The club room was spacious and comfortable, bed really good, club lounge nice and quiet and all breakfasts, afternoon teas and cocktail hours were nice. The staff was excellent! Only downside was the poor-ish noise insulation in the rooms, had to wear earplugs. But otherwise can easily recommend this hotel! "

"Erittäin iso ja ruuhkainen hotelli. Henkilökuntaa oli, mutta kaikki oli pyritty automatisoimaan. Pieni huone 2 hengelle. Pyykinpesu mahdollisuus oli mutta kaikki koneet olivat usein varattuina ja kuivaimet eivät toimineet. En suosittele rauhallista hotellia kaipaavalle."

"Friendly and helpfull staff and hotel located a small walking distance from a couple different train lines. Room was nice size and in good condition. Only reason I didnt 5 star the hotel was the lack of safe in the room (not that you likely need one but insurance companies tend to require one incase something goes missing)"

"My second stay on the same hotel. In my previous review I had outlined the positive details that still apply during this stay aswell. Such as the good location, the spa-area that is available for the use of the clients. Previously I had praised the good breakfast. This time I went for the buffet during lunch time, and it was as good as the breakfast, but obviously with different kinds of food options on the offer. However there were few little things that could have needed improving this time. Such as the room fridge has stains from the previous client(s) that were not cleaned even during the 2 - times that housekeeping cleaned my room. The planket inside the bed cloth was visibly yellowed and the air conditioning was working poorly, or mediocre at best. the aircon issue was especially pronounced when I moved to my tiprs next Apa hotel in Tokyo after having checked out from this one. In the Tokyo Apa hotel the air conditioning was working well. To be fair I did not bring these issues to the attention, in which case they might have been taken care off."
