”My husband and I, along with our dog, have just spent a wonderful week at Garden View.
The hosts, who live in the main house at the address, Steve and Judy, were welcoming and friendly.
The property is situated in a perfect place for exploring South Devon with a bus stop just yards away that runs hourly to Brixham min one direction and Kingswear (for Dartmouth via ferry) in the other.
A short walk up the road enables yoi to catch a bus to Paignton and beyond.

”The pub is in a fabulous position, the room we had was good and the staff friendly and helpful. Where it fell down was at dinner. I was there with my wife for our 56th wedding anniversary and was hoping for an excellent experience but the service was poor, I had to go up to the bar and ask for a menu after waiting for some time. Again I had to ask for someone to take our order, my second drink was waiting on the bar and I had to retrieve it myself. When food eventually arrived (rack of ribs)...
