Overall this hotel was lovely and a wonderful location. Positives The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a pet friendly garden suite which was ideal, the hotel food was fabulous and the spa was clean with a lovely pool, steam and sauna rooms. We did have a leak in our bathroom ...

The staff were friendly and offered us a free upgrade to a sea-facing room. The sea-facing rooms in this hotel are amazing. The location makes it exceptional.
