”The house had a deck with the woods behind. Deer came out in the morning. Great fire pit and hammock in the back also. Pictures are accurate. Great proximity to Newport. Nice quiet spot for a relaxing evening after going to Newport. Jamestown has great restaurants and is a very nice old town. I would say be aware that there is a spiral staircase that some people might have a problem navigating. We did not. Property owner was very responsive and nice. We would come back.”

”This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay! Everything was easy and check in/out process were smooth. ”Check in was ok. Owner was very responsive and let us check in early. There was a problem with the lock but that was taken care of within minutes. Kitchen was modern and beautiful, no coffee pods or sugar or creamer which would have been nice for an overnight stay.Bath towels were tiny and the bath matts were sketchy. ”We stayed at Coastal Cottage in Portsmouth, Rhode Island for a week with my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, and it was absolutely wonderful. The waterfront view was stunning, and the house had all the amenities we needed, plus a great deck for enjoying sunsets. We even made use of the canoes! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we created some really great family memories. I’d highly recommend it. Owner is a good host and maintained open communication throughout.”
