”This property is older but adequately maintained and perfect for our family St. Louis visit. Great location and very affordable apartment in St. Louis. Attentive and accommodating host made our stay just right. We travel with our canine kids and Robert was very gracious in our request. We had challenges with the AC and our host was out to the unit within hours with HVAC support and had the place cooled down quickly. We did anticipate a fenced back yard but it was non-functional fencing. ”

”The property was great. We aware that the walls don't run to the ceiling in the bed rooms so there is a bit more noise between the rooms. Also the street noise at night is a lot! There were cars racing down the street throughout the night that were very loud. But the property was clean, comfortable and well-equipped.”

”What a great location!! We enjoyed food at the Great Grizzly that is located downstairs. The staff is amazing and the owner made sure to come and greet us while we were there. We had breakfast at Cafe Miami which is only a 5 minute walk. Everything in the VRBO was as described and very comfortable. We would definitely book again.”

”The unit was as described and very comfortable. It was close to places to eat and Sugar fire BBQ was excellent! Not a great place to be out late, but we walked home from Bush Stadium After ballgame with no problems. all communications went well and parking in garage was cheapest route.”
