”I was told I didn't book the deluxe package. Was given a room where the toilet didn't flush and sink was cracked. The bed were too short for the bed frame, there was one towel and three had towels for two people. Ordered the deluxe room for fridge that my wife needed for her insulin. Turns out I had reserved the deluxe room. Then tried to move us to the second floor without an elevator. Wife is a heart patient and I'm disabled. We decided to leave after 20 minutes and found a nicer hotel. Didn't...

”Love the pool is always amazing. The hot tub could’ve been changed out more often. They did a really good job with the breakfast amazing. I’d recommend the stock more hot cocoa, and they clean only when customers are not getting food. The rooms were really wonderful.”

”The hotel was just checking over for the Hilton by the Hilton. It was not a good hotel. It smelled like cigarette ran down. Stafr didn’t seem too friendly doors were very it was very poorly maintenance. It looked like it had one room and just painted the second room and maybe bought new beds and ACs that property needs a lot of work. Breakfast was basic. It was a smell to the hotel. It just wasn’t worth the money I spent it was 200 something dollars. I think I will give it a motel 85.”

”I have to shout out Michelle! She is absolutely amazing! She helped me out so much after a horrible experience at another “hotel” that lacked competency. She allowed an early check in and just have a great experience to end the trip with. The staff was kind and friendly. I’m very pleased with this stay. Highly recommend!”

”I purchased a room and had a guest. Apparently, the staff had a problem with my guest staying (although I noted two persons would be staying in the room). A worker approached my husband about him staying in my room. No policies were broken due to my purchased accommodations. I would appreciate the manager or whomever has a concern contacting me.”

”Feels like a brand new hotel, everything was Immaculate. Bed was super, super comfortable. A great night sleep! Room was very big. Indoor pool was refreshing not over treated with chemicals or strong odors. Waffle maker and lots more for the free breakfast. I would stay again for sure!”
