”The rooms are great. They are large, modern and very clean. There is plenty of room to move around. It's in a wooded area so it feels a bit secluded. The views out the rooms are nice. The staff is great. There is a lady there that is either the owner or manager and she is wonderful. She knows the area, makes great suggestions on food and fun stuff to do. ”My room was up stair near the front parking lot they have more than 1 building. at least 1 building is lake front. exterior is a bit run down from guests hitting walls with skies and other items, walk way floors are a bit soft and bouncy they sqeak in some areas its definitely a older building. I likely had the smallest bathroom sink in the building. my room smelled of cigarette smoke It was worse at night when the windows were closed. it had a small mini fridge and maybe 24" tv towels and...

”The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”
