”Booked a 3 night stay for a quick family trip. The room was clean & check in was quick. The only downside was housekeeping, we had to call multiple times for things we needed restocked. Towels eventually came after we called a 4th time but toilet paper never got delivered.. We ended up just having to wait to be restocked until they came to clean our room after our 2nd night. Overall it was a good stay hopefully housekeeping will be better next time.”

”Wonderful service! The hotel is a little dated, but has been maintained and it is kept pretty clean. We had a deluxe suite which had a nice view, but it is obstructed by a building, not sure what it really was. It seemed vacant. ”It was my first time in Lake Tahoe, and I stayed at Hyatt. I got there pretty late at night checking in. The staff was wonderful and I asked them about local restaurants for dinner. They suggested one across the street that one was amazing as well! When I woke up in the morning, I looked as on my window and it was just breathtaking to see the lake in the morning. It was a magical weekend!”

”Staff was very friendly and helpful, and allowed us a late check-out which was a life saver. The location can't be beat and the valet parking was very convenient.
