”Our first time staying at this resort and it was exceptional. The staff were welcoming, the room was exceptionally clean, and very warm and inviting with the fireplace on a cool rainy day. We had a lovely view of the harbour, enjoyed a morning walk, and the amenities the resort offers. Food and service in the pub were outstanding. We highly recommend staying here. ”

”Staff were to a person friendly, professional and very helpful. It is clear they take pride in their job as and are a strong team that communicates well. Restaurants and the Inner Harbour were in easy walking distance. Breakfasts were excellent and appreciated the daily weather forecast delivered with the menu.”

”I was planning to stay for over a week for work but upon checking in I was informed that the only elevator was broken (my room was on the 4th floor) and the pool was closed for maintenance for the week. I specifically booked the hotel as it had a kitchenette and the pictures showed a stove with oven but it was just two hot plates. ”It is an older hotel so expect no elevators but the helpful staff will gladly help you to your room, and the noise between walls floors might be more noticeable because of that but the charm, coziness, pricepoint & staff friendliness makes up for that. Close to Beacon Hill Park & not far to beaches or behind Parliment buildings makes it a nice location.”
