”Good, but not great. Boulevard felt like an outdated great hotel. Room itself was rennovated to look and feel quite nice, but small details made it feel lower quality (one spotlight dark, wallpaper ripping off a bit from the edge here and there, power outlets loose on the wall etc.). Common areas like hallways were more outdated and worse condition than the rooms. Not horrible, but not as good as you might think when going to hotel with a rating that good. Staff was helpful and nice, but...

”Itse huone oli suorastaan upea! Sänky todella mukava. Mutta ilmastoinnin puutteesta suuri miinus, katossa oli toki pyörivä fan mutta tämä ei mielestämme riittänyt vaikka ei edes ollut superkuuma päivä. Meille tuli myös yllätyksenä että tässä oli jaettu kylpyhuone mutta kun katsoin jälkeenpäin tiedot uudestaan niin kyllähän se oli ilmoitettu. Itse kaupunginosa ei kovin kiva, aika paljon epämääräistä jengiä ja kivaa ruokapaikkaa ei meinannut löytyä. ”

”Great experience! The apartment is beautiful - newly renovated and very stylish. It felt extremely clean and fresh. The bed is super comfortable too - king sized. The host was great and thought of every detail, including a beach bag with towels for the awesome nearby beaches. The apartment is walkable to the best neighborhoods and restaurants. It was our first time in Sydney and we loved the location. Highly recommend! ”
