”We were not taken care of vis-a-vis check-in. We had to track down the maid to get some answers. We had to get a key from a neighboring restaurant. We tried to call the front desk, we tried to text and ask for the key code to get into our room and nobody ever responded not even after we checked out. Thank God for the maid Susan. The room was shabby: carpet stained, old sink in bathroom weird old shower head. No office to get ice. Still no contact from office. Very unprofessional.”

”I was nicely surprised! I booked a last minute “cheap” room. I was impressed by the room, amenities and friendliness. Would definitely recommend!”

”Easy secure parking. Motel room and bathroom very clean and looked like it was recently updated, like new. Walking distance to town. Beds were comfortable. Room was spacious with a small table you could sit at. Only down side was that there was not a microwave in the room but had access to one if needed. ”

”My stay was terrible from the very first day. I arrived at the hotel at 9 PM, and the front desk was closed. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to show up. After finally managing to get into my room (already exhausted) I went to take a shower, only to be met with an unpleasant surprise: one towel was stained with blood, and another smelled foul. I ended up having to dry myself with a face towel. As if that weren't enough, there was no one available at the front desk for checkout at...

”I was quite worried after reading a previous review on what we were going to experience during our stay at the Carleton Circle, but we were on a strict budget so I decided to try it. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was warm and welcoming and our room was clean and quiet. It was so close to shopping, restaurants, the beach, and the Cape Cod marathon start. ”Spotlessly clean with high end bedding and other amenities. The room wasn’t large but the vaulted ceiling and exposed beams made it feel more open. Loved that there was water and coffee available when I arrived as well. Staff even accommodated an early check in. Conveniently, as well as safely located in Plymouth. I could walk to a little cafe and the water easily. So very glad I found this little spot and I would definitely stay again!”

”This hotel was amazing! We were the only guests and they let us check in early and check out late which made our trip so much smoother. Lauren was incredibly helpful and left me a wonderful note. I can’t say enough about the view! We had our own seating area on the upper floor and we could watch the ocean and sea birds endlessly. I got up early and walked right across the street to have my breakfast and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Couldn’t have been a better stay! Highly recommend! Hope...
