”We were doubled booked by you!!!! The whole experience was a bad stay from the minute we stepped in the door. When I called for reservations the person on the other end of the phone told me it was going to be $250 to stay. I told him it was too much & wasn't paying that. so, he transferred me to comfort inn aroused the road. He called it his sister hotel. We shouldn't have been charged for both. When I went to the front desk to tell him something was not right that we should be at comfort inn,...

”My wife and daughter found dead roaches on the bed they were sleeping on, like the sheets and bedding hadn’t been washed and/or replaced in a while. It was late after 10pm when we got in and left before 530am. I did inform the front desk of the issue and all she asked about was the room number we were in. ”

”My wife and I had the suite with two queens. It was the biggest, best-equipped we've ever had. The staff was so helpful. The breakfast was outstanding. And on top of that, the price was very reasonable. Five big stars!”

”We came with family that stayed in an a ADA room. Unfortunately here is where Homewood Suites fell down. First the handicap room was the furthest room away from the front desk. He needed a roll in shower room, and that is what was booked, but he was given a regular room for the first night with a bathtub. The next day midday he was transferred to a room that had a roll in shower however it has very hard plastic lip that his wheelchair couldn't go over without another family member pushing...
