”Dalvonta at the front desk was one of the best customer service people ive ever encountered. From check in, during the stay, till check out. Ive been in customer service my entire life. I'm 48. Truly top notch. The hotel itself is great, very clean and next to many places to eat, drink, and shop. 5 stars and 100%recommend. You wont be disappointed.”

The floor was not properly cleaned, I found a bug in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was even sticky, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While the service was great, the overall cleanliness definitely needs improvement.”

”This place was absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed. It’s disgusting and it’s in a horrible area. We didn’t feel safe at all. The pictures online are false in how it makes it look. People were screaming and running down the halls all hours of the night. Some drugged out dude was jumping in front of cars in the parking lot trying to scam people for money. Do not stay here.”

”I checked in well after the standard check-in time and found my room still very dirty, almost like it was recently used. There was visible dirt on the towels and the shower floor was wet. I found dead bugs throughout the room & when I moved the couch, I found fast food sauce packets & other trash behind the couch. The flooring throughout the entire building was buckling and missing in sections. Just a bad vibe in general with the whole place.”
