Family rooms are in the basement - this is not made very clear on Expedia and the photos have certainly been enhanced to hide the lack of light...
Service is okay - staff aren't really informed. The staff on the morning of checkout was short, verging on rude. Staff didn't even ask how our stay was; just said bye.
Cleanliness is okay - pieces of pretzels on the floor near the window and dust in corners and under the bed.
No shelves in the bathroom make it almost impossible to comfortably use as a family. Finally the family room layout was much more basic that the glossy pictures, no sofa or lovely seating area, a bed, a bunk and a small table. The differences in the rooms options should be made clearer online when booking.
Wouldn't visit again; not worth the price at all.
