”All good with room but huge delays with food - told 35 mins ended up being around 75 minutes so quite disappointing and was 10.30pm by time we finished eating, after sitting down at table around 8.45pm.
Admittedly it was Christmas and they had a few parties for Xmas but nontheless still disappointing. Food was good but delays and lack of comms disappointing ”

”I everything, from entering until leaving our stay was amazing. We hadn’t even left and we were looking at when we would be coming back. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming noise would be heard. When we do rebook we will be wanting a different room (room 16) apart from that it was great!”
