”Arrived late after 7:30 pm (we had messaged them to let them know we would be late). Room was to be ready by 4:00 pm and at 7:30ish, It was not. It was still in the state left by the previous occupants. Not at all ready for us and there was not a cleaning crew on site. Also this room #3 and it was to have a hot tub and there was none. It would have all been okay but they did not have another room to put us in so we had to drive another 62 miles to Rexburg where a room was available at a hotel....

”I stayed here with my family on two nights in two different rooms. One the first night, we had no hot water prob because there were too many people showering. Also there was water dripping down on me as I was sitting on the toilet which was really gross. We were on the first floor and we just heard nonstop footsteps for pretty much the whole night bc people had left early to travel and that was how bad the noise cancellation was at this property. On the second night, we were on the second floor...

”When I go to Idaho I pick My Place because it's convenient, clean, reasonable priced and the staff is very friendly and professional.”

”The only thing I would change is that they need to have a sign out front the property so you know which one of the buildings it is and maybe the check-in process should be cleaner. Coming in a little later. It was a little confusing and it's not very convenient if you're going in and out at all hours. But the price was awesome and it was cleaned friendly. The bathrooms are amazing”

”Visited here for one night after coming from Grand Teton National Park. Loved the private hot tube and the cabin was super clean and cozy! Short drive to the Yellowstone also and we were so happy we choose to stay here for one night! Highly recommend! ”
