”I ran out of toilet paper in the bathroom and there were no more rolls. There was no conditioner in the shower bottle and no soap in the bathroom either. These may seem like little things but when you are paying almost $200 a night they should be taken care of. The breakfast attendants did not check very often so several times had to find them and report empty items. Overall the 5 day stay was good but need more attention the details.”

”And all the Hilton hotels I’ve stayed in this one was the crappiest. Cheap out in the room with fewer necessary items; the pillowcases all smelled like dirty heads; the sheet on the bottom didn’t fit the bed and kept popping off. For a newer hotel, I won’t stay there again. I was very disappointed and the price was extremely high in comparison to my other Hilton hotels that I’m staying in.”

”This property was more run- down than we expected. We had to get staff help to get the door lock to work. The bathtub would not drain. Coffee choices were limited. There was a sign in the lobby , “ Come on in… my day is ruined anyway”.”
