”We were checked into a room with roaches, while the staff was actively spraying the room down for them. Then when told, the property manager moved us to a room on the other side of the holding sharing an adjacent wall to the room with roaches, we had to then go to the front desk and tell them again and when given a third room we entered and saw roaches in that room before we even moved our stuff out of the second room.
