”I stayed there for vacation with my two young children and I had to upgrade my room to a bigger room with a small kitchen. Although it was a little more expensive it was worth it because you have a full refrigerator and a place to eat. We really enjoyed the hospitality of the property manager. We also really enjoyed saying there it was in walking distance to everything.”

”This little gem was in the BEST location for us. Early morning sunrise was half a block away from a pristine beach! Step right outside to hop on the OC bus which takes you in and out of all the action. The studio apt was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed, including a FULL kitchen, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella! The bed was comfy, the wifi worked perfectly and we loved sitting out of the deck. The owner was extremely nice, answered back within a few minutes with each question,...

”This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

”This harbor view suite, Mostly Porches is a gorgeous guest suite. It was perfect for our long get away weekend in St. Michael's. It’s extremely clean and includes all the comforts of home, also plenty of privacy. Its luxurious accommodations exceeded our expectations. Amazing location allowed us to walk to all the shopping and popular restaurants and wineries, breweries, coffee shops, etc. Thank you to the owners, Bill and Leslie for being such great hosts!”

”When we arrived, we were able to park in the covered garage and immediately go up to our condo. We had plenty of space to unpack and set up comfortably. The balcony area has a wonderful view of the ocean and always has a nice breeze. The condo was clean and sufficient for our needs. Thank you Darlene for letting us use your condo. ”There were no heat in the property Hot water was on and off. Needed to change room to get hot water. Property manager gave heaters but when turn both at the same time they did not work properly. ”

”We stayed in one of the majestic apartments. I liked how it was an apartment, but it wasn't like dealing with a rental company. It was dealing with a hotel company. It was very simple and easy to get set up. We were lucky enough to get one of the apartments that was detached a block away. So it was a lot more quiet. The property is definitely dated, if you're looking for some modern place this is not it. With that being said though it was very clean. Which I'm not going there to stay in a hotel...

”Great place, about a 10 min drive to the boardwalk but many other things nearby like a diner, several restaurants. Easy check in process, can’t wait to stay again. ”
