”Unfortunately we were not impressed by this property for the price. The hot water hardly lasted for a quick shower. The space was clean, but other than that, for the price, felt cheap and uncharming. The light fixture above the bathroom sink used spotlights inexplicably, which made getting ready very strange. ”I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean.
On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...

”GREAT location. Condo was beautiful. Property was well maintained. Did not go to the beach, but they had beach badges for guests. Minutes from many good restaurants.Our visit was to attend my granddaughters softball tournament. Spent our days at ball fields.”
