Footpath through the Maize Field, near Brockton, Shropshire The maize here is about 1.8m high (six feet) and the cobs, although not yet ripe or showing are developing to a good size; whether it is sweetcorn - I know not. The footpath is clearly maintained across the field towards Brockton.

The staff couldn't have been more helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The room was immaculate and the Spa facilities all you need. We had breakfasts and evening meals- all fabulous. Thank the staff so much for us as we had a wonderful break, Clare
