”Staff were excellent”

”Everyone”

”Lovely hotel, friendly staff, excellent breakfast!”

”Very quiet location close to all amenities. Stairs may be difficult for less able people. Garden could be lovely, with some work. Car park charges have Increased to £7. , not £4.50”

”The complimentary drink on arrival was a nice touch. Dinner was superb”

”Always great easy walking to town centre. Local amenities. Stayed here a few times now. Only comment restaurant not open on a Monday evening and most local eateries are closed”

”Room not cleaned No new dry towel Hairdryer not working Soaking wet patch on floor wet socks when walking around”

”Erittäin ystävällinen ja lämminhenkinen palvelu, vastaavaa ei ole ollut missään muualla. Majatalomainen rakennus ja tunnelma. Vieraiden viihtyvyys on etusijalla. Ei kovin nykyaikainen, mutta voi suositella kenelle tahansa. ”

”Non-contact hotel offering good facilities for stay in Oakham. Comfy bed, very nice washroom and basic appliances. Good value for money”

”Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area.”

”Standard of accomadation clean and tidy, and a very fair price, all in all ideal for our one night stop over, proprietor servers a great pint of beer.”

”We stayed in the Windsor suite with the jacuzzi outside and had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is very scenic and has a view of the lake. The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good standard. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again.”

”Check in was confusing and somewhat disruptive due to booking through Expeida. At first I was told by reception that I had not paid and that I owed the full amount £45.00. I went to my room . About ten minutes later whilst in the bathroom reception knocked on my door and said that I need to contact Expedia to sought the payment, he showed me a contact text on his phone from Expedia. I checked my phone and found the electronic receipt from Expedia stating I had pre paid. I went to reception and...

”È stato bellissimo!sembrava di essere in una favola!!”

”Great location very helpful and friendly staff great for a weekend break. Great dinner option and good very good quality freshly cooked.”

”Very nice traditional hotel, has a lot of character. The rooms are a tad dated but fit the atmosphere of the building. Really comfy beds and we had memory foam pillows on a big bed. It is also a restaurant but we didn't eat here, but it smells very nice. Would very much stay here again for the price”
