”On our second night we were awakened at 2:00am with loud thumping noises and at 2:30am realized that the noises were not going to stop. We called the front desk and we were then moved at 3am to another room on a lower floor at the far end of the hotel. Staff person who moved us explained that the hotel has a very old boiler and at times it causes the plumbing to make those loud noises. In the new room it was quiet, but my bedside lamp did not turn on, the small hair dryer we used briefly got...

”Stayed for one night on a road trip. Staff for check in & check out very pleasant & helpful. Property & room were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Did not use pool/hot tub so cannot comment on that. Breakfast was buffet style & had pretty good variety to choose from. Not super fancy but no complaints. I would stay here again if I find myself passing through Easton & in need of a convenient place to stay.”

”The Oaks Waterfront was exactly the kind of getaway we were looking for. Tucked away in a quiet, secluded setting, it feels like you’re escaping from everything, yet St. Michaels is only a short ride away thanks to their beautiful shuttle. It really gives you the best of both worlds. What stood out most to us was the family-owned and operated feel. Everyone was genuinely friendly, and there was a warmth about the property that made it feel less like a hotel and more like staying with incredibly...

”This hotel was very well maintained and the room was very nice. The staff at the front desk were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The grounds were beautiful. Breakfast area as well stocked and maintained. The only suggestion I have is to remove the coffee maker listed on the room amenities on the website. The room does NOT have any coffee maker or supplies. There is a coffee maker available 24/7 with good coffee in the lobby. However, I prefer the coffee maker in the room. Otherwise,...
