The code to the door didn’t work, and after trying it numerous times, we texted Vacasa and they responded with a different code for the lock box which got us in with a key. ”This is an amazing cottage in a great neighborhood. Everything was very clean, extremely comfortable and wonderfully equipped. We walked down to the water to watch the sunsets and even saw a fox cross the road and six deer in the yard. We'll definitely be back.”

”We enjoyed our stay here. You can tell there is a lot of love that goes into maintaining the house and the gardens. The gardens were especially lovely with everything starting to bloom. One thing I would suggest is more night lighting, especially around the stairs in the master bedroom and living room. My mom (age 77) took a tumble (she was OK!) because she missed the stair leading down into the bedroom and I think some extra night lighting around the stair area would have helped with that.”

”We stayed at the cottage-in-the-Barn for a couple nights with two college age kids and dogs. We loved the quiet setting and found it to be a great base for exploring Eastsound and other parts of the island. The cottage was clean and light and charming. It was beautiful in late winter but with the gardens and greenhouse, it must be wonderful in spring and summer!”
