Villa Apostolico is an old farmhouse expertly restored by the owners and transformed into a prestigious villa immersed in the unspoiled nature of the Sele plain at the gates of Cilento. The ancient residence, located in the town of Eboli, boasts a strategic position just a few kilometers from the wonderful sandy beaches and the archaeological site of Paestum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Less than an hour from Naples airport and about 10 minutes by car from the ancient city of Paestum and the dairies that produce DOP buffalo mozzarella from Campania. The villa of 300 qm, spread over 3 levels connected together by a large staircase and can accommodate up to 16 guests. On the ground floor there is the large and bright living room, at the entrance a relaxation room with a large fireplace, flat screen TV, followed by a circular dining room with large table, chairs and fully equipped kitchen. The living area is directly connected with the large garden of about 1000 square meters with a private swimming pool (5X10), tennis court and covered dining area with large brick table and ideal for large families or groups of friends who like to organize fantastic dinners at the open.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one triple room with a double bed and a sofa bed for one and a half, two double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms, one triple room with a double bed and a single bed, two double bedrooms, one twin room and a bathroom with shower. Also on the ground floor a service bathroom and a laundry room. The villa is also equipped with WIFI internet, private swimming pool, washing machine, mosquito nets, solarium with sun beds, barbecue area, wood oven and a tennis court for sportsmen. The internal parking is equipped with an automatic gate. Car necessary for movements.
