”The staff were genuinely excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They were kind to accommodate my request for a late checkout when I was running late. ”There was only one member of staff there over our 2 day stay & she was really nice and helpful (she seemed to be covering reception, housekeeping & kitchen). Got to say all the public areas could do with a good hoover and the skylight in our room was covered in green algae. Our room was clean (apart from the skylights) but small. Breakfast was really poor for the price we paid. Hotel in general needs a good update as has loads of potential.”

It was disappointing be informed at check-in and not at any point earlier that the gym is £20 more. Lots of parking and the staff are nice too. ”
