There was a pub quiz in the evening, great food, and the breakfast was wholesome and hearty’ The only issue was the smell from the bathroom (likely the sewage).”

”Last weekend we stayed at the Wiveton Bell for two nights. I have to report that the pub has changed hands since we were last there. The room we had was well appointed; a small snug with two easy chairs, coffee table and sideboard ......kettle, coffee machine, magazines etc.... and a separate roomy bedroom with a TV and plenty of wardrobe/cupboard space plus a modern ensuite.  We had several issues regarding the room. ”This posh B and B was everything we hoped for. From the complimentary drink on arrival to the luxurious room with comfy bed, selection or teas/coffee machine and homemade shortbread biscuits. It was an extremely hot weekend and the air conditioning in our room was so welcomed. We had an evening meal there and attention to details was excellent. ”We had an amazing stay here and would definitely recommend! We were lucky enough to get a free upgrade on our room and it was beautifully decorated. They were friendly at check in and took us to our room, leaving us some shortbread biscuits. Breakfast in the Grain store was amazing, we also had dinner there.”

”The bedroom was lovely and clean, up 2 sets of stairs. Very close to the pub. But the Fethers pub is very dated. The bar/restaurant is a collection of old, marked furniture. Great location in the centre of Holt with friendly staff. Struggled to get parking as it felt like a few other people were using the car park, not just guests.”

”Plenty of parking available and easy to find. Staff were friendly and breakfast was nice, however our room had a strong smell of dog and wasn’t the cleanest. Areas of the pub look like they need a freshen up and they definitely need to hoover the hallways more as there was plenty of dog hair everywhere! Probably wouldn’t stay again for this reason.”

”Spent one night at the hotel. It is situated in a beautiful coastal town. The room was small, but clean and had a nice bathroom. We had an own entrance! The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an excellent three course meal at the restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, especially loved the fresh fruits! Nice that the hotel was so dogfriendly. Would love to stay at this hotel again :)”
