”This property was sort of hard for me to rate. I decided to break it down to help others decide. Bed: The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. The bedding was also nice too. A/C- the room stayed cool and comfortable but the air conditioning was loud. Room: room was small but the layout was nice and the space was used wisely. It had plenty of storage and closet space. The room also had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. My tv did not work. I think maybe the remote was dead...

”Property has terrible parking. Rooms are dingy. There was gum on the floor in the bathroom. Dirty walls and doors. Beds were okay and seem to be clean. ”

”Breakfast was good. The room was probably used as a go to room for a discounted "Expedia" room. I hope all rooms were not in the same condition.”

”Not a bad place to stay on the cheap. The parking lot is gated. There are lot lizards asking for rides. Be careful. Check-in guys was awesome. Very friendly and was very joyous. Remote control batteries were bad. He provided a replacement remote that worked. Shower was a bit cold but it was a cheap place to stay near the French quarters.”
