Cozy Mountain Villa in P. Agios Athanasios

The villa is located in the settlement of Paleos Agios Athanasios (1,200 meters above sea level). It's just about 400 meters away (a 5-minute walk) from the central square of the village, 16 km away from the Kaïmaktsalan ski resort in Mount Voras/Kaimaktsalan, and about 45 minutes away from the Pozar thermal baths. It can accommodate up to 7 people, with 3 in the attic, 2 in the bedroom, and 2 in the living room.
The space
We have selected for you a charming small maisonette of 65 sqm, spread across 3 levels, located in the beautiful Alkyonides complex, right below the chapel of Agios Athanasios!

On the upper floor, you will find the cozy living room of the house, with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable three-seater sofa that easily converts into a double bed, and of course, the stone-built fireplace to keep you company when it snows outside!

Continuing on the first floor, there is a room with a double bed and a beautiful view of the settlement, next to it you will find the comfortable bathroom with a small bathtub.

With a little extra effort, climbing the vertical staircase will lead you to the cozy attic, which can accommodate 3 guests on the double and single beds provided.

The balcony and courtyard complete the beautiful image of the house.

Access is easy from the peripheral road (recommended) or through the village.

Ample parking and immediate access to the road leading to the Kaimaktsalan ski center, we look forward to welcoming you and your friends!
Guest access
Access to the accommodation can be achieved through the village's peripheral road. Alternatively, parking is available at the LITHOS Hotel, which is located just 10 meters away from the accommodation, behind the hotel.
Other things to note
Experience private parking inside the property's courtyard that can accommodate up to three family-sized cars. The entire house is available for guests to use. During your stay, please let us know if you plan to use the fireplace and how often so we can supply you with the appropriate amount of firewood. Please inform us in advance if possible.
