Rauhallinen Edgartown Retreat - puhdas, remontoitu, keskeinen sijainti

Sijaitsee syrjäisellä, yksityisellä Edgartown-alueella. Hyvällä maulla sisustettu, puulattiat kaikkialla.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on gourmet-keittiö, jossa kaikki olennaiset ja enemmän, kuten astianpesukone, hummeri potin, Keurig kahvinkeitin, leivänpaahdin ja mikroaaltouuni. Myös pois olohuone / ruokailuhuone on makuuhuone queen-vuode ja kylpyhuone pesukone / kuivausrumpu. Yläkerrassa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa molemmissa queen-vuode, kylpyhuone ja käytäväkaula, jossa on sohva, johon mahtuu helposti ylimääräinen lapsi tai aikuinen nukkuja. Sohva on toinen suuri taulutelevisio. Ikkunan A / C-yksiköt ja tuulettimet toimitetaan yläkerrassa ja alakerrassa. Pohjalevy lämmitetään kahdella vyöhykkeellä.

Tämä rauhallinen lomakoti sijaitsee yhdellä hehtaarilla metsäisessä, yksityisessä yhdistyksessä kolmen mailin päässä Edgartownin keskustasta, Vineyard Golf Clubin vieressä ja keskeisellä paikalla, josta pääsee kätevästi koko saarelle. Perfect Getaway!!

Our stay at this beautiful vacation home on Martha’s Vineyard was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was immaculate, with a perfect blend of charm and modern amenities that made our family vacation truly special. The property’s location couldn’t have been better. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it offered the perfect balance of privacy and convenience. We were just a short drive away from some of the island’s best beaches, as well as charming towns like Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. This vacation home was everything we hoped for and more. The Perfect Spot

We needed a place in mid September to attend a family wedding on the Vineyard to accommodate five adults. Matthew’s home was a perfect find for us in a lovely residential quiet area close to Edgartown. The home was extremely well furnished with a professional kitchen and it really felt like home away from home. It had all the Wi-Fi and entertainment ready to go as well as a nice deck off the side with an excellent gas grill which we used for two nights. We are already plotting our next return to this home! Fantastic house in a great location

We were visiting MV for a family wedding and this house turned out to be perfect for my wife, my five adult children and me. The house is well-maintained and all the furniture is in great shape. The large dining table was perfect for our game nights. The deck was spacious with a grill and nice-sized table that led to very nice "hanging out" time for the family after beach days. The decorative touches throughout were really pleasing, giving the property a very comfortable vibe. Location was convenient, close enough drive to both downtown Edgartown and Oak Bluffs for visits. South Beach (our favorite on the Island) is also not too far of a ride. Morning Glory Farm is a short ride for morning coffee and pastries, as well. Matt, the owner was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Very helpful and communicative. Overall, you can't go wrong with this house. We intend to stay again next Summer if our vacation schedules allow.

Wonderful cottage

This was a wonderful little cottage! A colleague and I stayed here since hotels were fully booked. It had everything one could possibly need and was well appointed. It was also in a location that was a close drive to anything one would want to access. I had an issue on checkout, and the property owner was very understanding, which we so appreciated.

Excellent Property!

I can't say enough positive things about this property. First off, Matt was a superb host. His communication is fantastic. Clear check-in and check-out instructions with several house manuals regarding the ins and outs of the property along with the surrounding areas. He is quick to respond to any questions. The property was immaculate upon check-in, is spacious and quiet and serene. The house is stocked with everything you could need and more. I would 100% stay here again and any property that Matt rents. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Week End Stay

We had an excellent stay at the house while attending a family wedding on the Vineyard. The house was absolutely immaculate upon arrival with more amenities that I have ever seen in a vacation rental home. Any and everything you could possibly need and more was available in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. The house is completely updated and located in a quiet neighborhood within a short drive to anywhere you need to be.

Fabulous family getaway in Martha's Vineyard

Our stay here was wonderful and the hosts one of the best we've ever had. The house was ideal for our small family, in a quiet lovely neighborhood and was well stocked with everything we needed and didn't know we needed: coffee, beach towels, to-go containers, paper products, art supplies and games for kids, etc. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Spacious , newer home, nestled in the woods 10-15 minutes from almost anywhere.

Home is newer, with spacious, with large windows, nice kitchen , bath and laundry room updates. It was very clean and extremely well stocked , kitchen and bath. I appreciated the beach chairs, South Beach or Edgartown only 10 minutes away.

Beautiful home with amazing attention to detail

This was the ideal vacation home experience. The host responded promptly to messages and checking in with the keycode was simple. The house was even better than what it looked like in the photos, with an open eating area on the first floor, beautiful wood throughout, and plenty of nice amenities, like sonos speakers in all rooms, nightlights, gas grill, hammock, and extra supplies. Pamphlets were placed in every room with information about the house (e.g. wifi), information about the area, and check out instructions. It's clear the host put a lot of thought and effort into providing a seamless and delightful experience for guests!

Vineyard getaway with friends

This was a getaway with three couples to celebrate a birthday. The house accommodated three couples perfectly. We did a combination of dining out and taking advantage of the grill and outdoor dining space. The kitchen was well stocked. Very close to the bike trails. Nice quiet neighborhood.
